Shipping Time

Delivery timelines for all domestic orders (deliveries within India) are between 7 days and 4 weeks from successful placement of order. All products mention production durations on their individual product pages and will be shipped to you within those durations. If you need your piece urgently, email us on orders@figmenterie.com and we'll do our best to get it to you asap. 

Customs and Duties

India: If you’re based in India you’ll receive your piece from our Chandigarh studio duty free!

International: If you're ordering from outside India, you might be subject to duties. It would be best to check your country's regulations before ordering. Import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties might be charged depending on your location. You will be responsible for these charges. Please keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. 

Shipping Charges

India: We offer free shipping for order values of INR 2100 and above for deliveries within India. For order values under INR 2100, a flat rate of INR 150 is charged as delivery fee. 

International: We partner with India Speed Post and DHL express for International deliveries. Depending on destination these deliveries take between 1 - 3 weeks, in addition to production times between 7 days - 4 weeks, mentioned in specific product pages. Shipping rates are mentioned according to weight of parcel at the time of checkout. In case you wish your order to be couriered ASAP internationally, kindly write to us at orders@figmenterie.com and we will find the best alternate speedy delivery solution for your destination.
