Refund policy

Exchanges: 

If you're not happy with your purchase we offer free exchanges, only once per purchase. Please request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Shipping charges will apply. To start an exchange, you can contact us at orders@figmenterie.com. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Kindly note: No returns or refunds are issued for custom on-order pieces and items purchased during sale or on discounted items unless received visibly damaged or broken. Exchanges are only applicable to purchases made on figmenterie.com and not through our stockists. 

Returns: 

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on figmenterie.com or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final.

 

Order Cancellations:

However, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been processed we will issue a refund within 15 working days. To start a cancellation, you can contact us at orders@figmenterie.com within 24 hours of placing the order. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Disclaimer

Please keep in mind that there might be minor variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation as well as the handmade nature of manufacturing processes. We pride ourselves in the 'mark of the handmade' as opposed to machined precision where aesthetically and technically applicable. That said, we put in best of our effort in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications. The buyer acknowledges this risk while he agrees to make their purchase on our website.
