Style Series #3: Nazaakat by Niharika

In Collaboration With Nazaakat by Niharika | Under the Palms SS ’25

I’m thrilled to share this week’s edition of the Style Series—featuring the lovely, breezy Under the Palms collection by Nazaakat by Niharika. Niharika's SS'25 line captures elegant, coastal motion and soft silhouettes crafted for warm days.

From traditional Indo-western suits to contemporary separates, here’s how she styled my pieces—and truly pushed me to see them in a new light.

Style Highlights

Bangles as Outfit Anchors

Niharika’s choice to pair my Reef Bangles with both traditional suits and Indo-Western looks was a gentle reminder: bangles don’t need to be “festive only.” When styled right, they can ground an outfit and bridge modern cuts with a classic feel.

Flip Rings for the Playful at Heart

The new Flip Rings with dangling charms proved to be unexpected conversation starters. They add movement to the hand and a touch of mischief — perfect for people who like their jewellery to feel alive, not static.

Night Sky Meets Serpentine Flow

The Black Constellation Bangle and Serpentine Amethyst Wave Ring came alive with layered textures and intricate embroideries. It’s a styling reminder that opposites on the wrist and hand don’t clash; they create a little cosmos of their own.

Studs - Not Always Subtle!

My Bubbly Studs and Curly Worly Pearly Danglers brought out a playful dialogue with Niharika's embroidered shirts. The lesson? Even small pieces can pop when paired with textured fabrics and bright threads.

Blocked Colours love Bold Accents

When she paired my OG Sunshine Blue Studs with her heavily embroidered co-ord, the jewellery didn't just disappear - it actually sharpened the look, Matching colour blocked jewellery with detailed embroidery is a trick worth trying.

Pearls with Sunshine

The Pearl Huggies and Sunshine Pearl Ring glowed against the yellow palm-embroidered suit. It was proof that pearls aren’t just for whites and pastels — they thrive against bold hues too.

Cuffs as Whispered Statements

The La La Land Cuff with her champagne pink co-ord showed how a single cuff can act like a quiet underline in an outfit, rather than a loud exclamation.

When Shapes Meet Signatures

The Zephyr Studs against her embroidered signature co-ord set taught me that abstract shapes can hold their own next to detailed, artisanal work — they don’t clash, they converse.

Hearts That Linger

The Pearl Heart Danglers (a Valentine’s edition) softened her graceful silhouette so beautifully, I’m now considering adding them to the permanent line. Sometimes, styling feedback literally reshapes the collection!

A Green Statement

The Chakra Aventurine Danglers with her dramatic green skirt set showed how one gemstone shade can echo and elevate an entire outfit. It was a masterclass in tone-on-tone styling.

Moments of Creative Revelation

This collaboration with Nazaakat by Niharika felt like a styling masterclass in disguise. Watching my pieces come alive with her embroidered co-ords and soft festive silhouettes reminded me that jewellery doesn’t have to fit neatly into “Western” or “Indian” boxes. It’s all about how you wear it — mixing textures, balancing statement with subtlety, and letting colour-blocked outfits amplify the jewellery’s glow. For me, it was both a reassurance and a revelation: Figmenterie jewels are chameleons, ready to flow effortlessly between worlds. And that’s exactly how I want them to live — not confined to occasions, but woven into everyday elegance and celebration alike.
